SPRRAD™
SPRRAD is a party game made by EL ROAD Marketing. This explains what we collect when you buy a game or join our list, and what we do with it. It is short because we collect very little.
If you join our email list: your email address, and nothing else.
If you buy a game: your name, shipping address, email and order details. Payment is handled by Square — we never see or store your card number.
Automatically: basic technical information when you visit, such as browser type and which pages you looked at.
Joining our list means occasional email: new boards, restocks, and a discount code when you sign up. Once a month at most.
Every email has an unsubscribe link, and it works immediately. You can also email us and we'll remove you.
We do not sell, rent or share your email address with anyone. It goes to our email provider for the sole purpose of sending you the messages described above, and nowhere else.
That's everyone. We have never sold personal information and have no plans to.
Order records are kept as long as tax law requires, generally four years. Email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
If you're a California resident, you can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct or delete it, and opt out of any sale or sharing — noting we don't sell or share. We won't treat you differently for asking.

The game is for ages 8 and up, but we sell to adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If this changes, the date at the top changes with it.
